first thing is first remember all you got on this planet is the present and that’s it. by reflecting the past or future with thoughts prevent you from realizing and moving to the now and the infinite magnitude it carries. you are just putting words that point to nothing but a disease, the little voice in your head, you need to be aware of those thoughts and not question or ask anything of it or you are just adding more thoughts to it which is the opposite of being present is about. you are adding to the disease without knowing it is harmful because you are too stuck into the trap of the mind. by observing you will eventually fall out of the bad habit of the disease and be more alert or most say aware of your surroundings. once this is done an energy field can be felt by everything and anything around you during the present. somethings have more energy than others but that is not the point. this energy will connect to you inside your body and you will eventually feel a warm feeling, an opening of the flower if you speak, you will feel cells inside your body moving. for me i feel it in random parts of my body separately it could be my hand, my foot, chest,etc.. but i am trying to find the state where i feel it everywhere at every given moment of life in this universe. this is the only thing you have in this universe and nothing else. once you grasp the idea there is nothing that will break it because it is infinite it is the being inside of you, the soul, the god.

Reason why i write some fucked up and disturbing rhymes is to allow the demons out of my body. cheesy i know but it works for me its just one demon out and more space for positivity.
stillness is the only thing in this world that has no form. but then, it is not really a thing, and it is not of this world. -Eckhart Tolle.

ouuuf
bass kick with the clash of the cymbal with the drumstick
catch the rhythm with the scribble rhymes with the drip of the ink
thoughts flash images that sink into listeners brains like an acid trip
lit like a candle wick with the match in the villages night
silhouettes of children and prisoners equip stress as visions
that provide light that life is a chess game with millions of positions
make the right move to go through the otherside of the prism
